Future Proof - Dublin 2037
Can you imagine Dublin in 2037? With this workshop with artist Jane Fogarty, you will be transported twenty years into the future where you will be in control of how your community looks and functions.
Each participant in this workshop will become an architect, artist or designer, tasked with showing us their vision for the future; the only limit is imagination!
The artists can create a piece of public sculpture for their area. The architects will design and create the different buildings in the community. The designers are responsible for designing the street furniture, transport networks and products of the future.
Join us in the LAB for gallery weekend on the 26th November 2017 from 12 pm - 2 pm as we blast into the future.
This event is free but spaces are limited and booking is required. The event is aimed at children aged 7+ though younger siblings are welcome to join in with the help of their guardian.
