The Dublin City Arts Plan sets out priorities for developing and supporting the arts in Dublin. It sets out how The City Arts Office works in partnership with other sections within the City Council and through the Culture, Recreation and Economic Services Department.
It is shaped by our equality and human rights values of dignity and respect, and diversity and accessibility.
Through this Arts Plan Dublin City Council continues to support a city that nurtures, develops creative work through all the art forms.
The annual opera season is taking place in August 2026 in the Amphitheatre at the Dublin City Council Civic Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin 8.
